Run a season

Set up weekly groups, track RSVPs, finalize weeks, and manage the season leaderboard.

A season runs multiple weeks of play for a league-mode group, with its own RSVPs, weekly groupings, and a running leaderboard.

Seasons appear on groups that are set up as leagues. The steps below are for running a season on a group that’s already a league.

Create a season

From your group’s Seasons tab, tap Create Season to start a new season on that same league (for example, once the current one wraps up).

Each week

Open RSVP — Week N on the season dashboard. Open RSVP or Close RSVP controls when members can respond; members tap Yes or No for themselves.
Tap Set Up Groups to assign players into weekly groups for matchmaking.
Once the week’s events are played and scored, tap Finalize Current Week (or Finalize Week from the week detail page) to lock in scores and update ratings.

Week detail

Tap a week chip to see its groups, each player’s points, games, points per game, and rank score for that week, plus a link to the underlying event.

Standings and leaderboard

The dashboard shows the Top 5 Standings; tap Full Leaderboard for the complete season table with games played, points per game, rating, rank score, and percent of possible points. Use the dropdown to pick All Weeks (the season cumulative) or a single week.
