What a facility license unlocks — tournaments, leagues, and running a whole club.

Tournaments and leagues
Section titled “Tournaments and leagues”- Run bracketed tournaments with seeding, rounds, and live results.
- Spin up ladder leagues that track standings over a season.
- Host inter-club leagues so teams from different clubs can compete.
Your whole membership

- Rosters auto-link to player profiles so stats follow people across events.

- Public scoreboards let players and spectators follow along on any screen.
- Fast check-in gets a full house onto courts without a clipboard.

Tournaments and ladder leagues both require the Facility tier — creating either one is blocked without it, whether you’re the owner or staff added under Facility settings. Paddle Rack is additionally behind a staged beta rollout, so it may not show yet even on a Facility subscription.
How to upgrade
Section titled “How to upgrade”Upgrading is only available from the iOS or Android app, on Upgrade Your Plan:
- On the Free tier, tap View Plans & Subscribe to see pricing and subscribe directly in the app.
- On Pro, tap Manage Subscription — this opens your store’s subscription settings. To move from Pro to Facility, contact support.
On the web, the same page shows an Open the app to subscribe button instead — upgrading has to happen in the app.
Already subscribed on a different device or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchases on the same page.
